Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

GARNISH:

  • lemon, cayenne pepper, dill, rosemary, or parsley

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except garnish in a high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth
  • refrigerate until serving
