- 5 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 Tablespoons tahini
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender EXCEPT the parsley.
Blend on high until smooth.
Add more water if you prefer the dressing to be thinner.
Stir in chopped parsley.
