Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
Cinnamon tortilla chips are air-fried and oil-free. With a hint of cinnamon and touch of chili powder, transform a tortilla into a quick snack or sweet dipper in minutes.

- 8 small flour or corn tortillas cut into quarters
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar or salt one or the other optional
Cut tortillas into quarters and place in a bowl.
Pour lime juice slowly into the bowl, while tossing the tortillas in the lime juice making sure all tortillas are damp.
Combine seasonings in a small bowl, and shake into wet tortillas, again rotating and moving the tortillas around to make sure they are equally covered.
Preheat the air-fryer to 400 degrees
Make a single layer of cinnamon tortillas on the bottom of the air-fryer
Cook for 3 minutes
Remove the cooked cinnamon tortilla chips and add another single layer and cook.
Continue cooking until all tortillas are cooked.
ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHOD (if you don't have an air-fryer)
Preheat oven to 350
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Create a single layer of tortilla chips on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes; flipping the chips over halfway through the cooking process.
