Yogurt Dressing

Yogurt dressing has 3 simple ingredients and is perfect for a salad or as a fruit dip. Just whisk it together, and it is ready for your favorite salad recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened plain vegan yogurt (I used Kite Hill)
  • ½ fresh orange squeezed and zested
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or three dates *If using dates it requires blending

Instructions

  • Place all three ingredients in a measuring cup or bowl
  • Whisk ingredients together
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve

Notes

Note: if using dates instead of syrup, you must blend using a high-speed blender
