Raspberry Chia Jam

Raspberry chia jam is made from fresh raspberries and three other simple ingredients. Skip the jarred jams and make your own clean raspberry chia jam recipe at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh organic raspberries
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place raspberries in a saucepan
  • Heat on medium-low, stirring every few minutes for 8 minutes until raspberries are broken down.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add lemon juice, maple syrup and chia seeds
  • Stir to combine
  • Allow to sit for 20 minutes; the raspberry chia jam will thicken as it sits
  • Place in a container in the refrigerator and use within 1 week
  • Raspberry chia jam is great on toast, a PB & J Sandwich or as a sauce over your favorite vegan ice cream.
