FAQs

What kind of chocolate is good for melting and dipping?

Couverture chocolate is ideal for melting and dipping. It has a high ratio of cocoa butter to cocoa, helping it to melt smoothly.

Should strawberries be cold before dipping in chocolate?

It depends on your preference. Chilled strawberries have a nice chocolate crunch to them, while room-temperature strawberries have softer chocolate.
