Almond Butter Dressing

Almond butter dressing is oil-free, creamy, and delicious. Not only is it a great salad dressing, its a dip, marinade, and stir fry sauce. If you like to dip, skinny dip.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon white or yellow miso
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha or to taste Sriracha is spice, so taste before you add the second teaspoon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ cup water add more if you like your dressing thinner

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, except the almond butter.
  • If you add the almond butter last, it won't stick to the sides of the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Store in a covered container in tthe refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Almond butter dressing will last for 5 days in the refrigerator.
