Quick & Easy Hummus Dressing
This hummus salad dressing is quick, easy, and delicious. Hummus dressing is the perfect salad dressing, pasta salad dressing, or vegetable dip! And only 5 simple ingredients!

- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Hummus I chose Oil-free, regular flavor
- 2 teaspooons Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper To taste
Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
Whisk the ingredients together.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use the dressing.
- Using fresh lemons and garlic is better whenever possible.
- For a tip, when lemons and other citrus are in season, juice them and freeze them in ice cube trays, or I like Souper Cubes, which hold 2 Tablespoons of juice in each well of the tray.
- Choosing a flavored hummus gives the dressing a different flavor every time. Jalapeno cilantro hummus or red pepper hummus are a couple of ideas.
- The dressing stores well for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
