Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ cup water

GARNISH:

  • lemon, cayenne pepper, dill, rosemary, or parsley

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except garnish in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth
  • refrigerate until serving
