- 1 head broccoli, cut into equal sized florets
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees.
Cut broccoli into equal-sized florets.
Wash the broccoli florets and transfer to a bowl.
Squeeze the lemon juice onto the broccoli florets and toss, coating the florets.
Sprinkle seasonings and toss the florets again.
Place broccoli florets on an air fryer pan, or in the base of the air fryer in a single layer.
If batch cooking, preheat an oven to 325 degrees and prepare a baking sheet to keep the cooked batches warm.
Cook for 6-8 minutes ,depending on the size of the florets.
