Ingredients

Vegetable Pizza Dough

Ranch Dressing Sauce

Vegetable Toppings: ½ cup each

  • Carrots shredded
  • Yellow Baby Bell Peppers sliced
  • Red Bell Peppers diced
  • Broccolini chopped
  • Green Onions and White Onions chopped
  • Microgreens
  • Purple Cabbage chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Prepare the dough according to the oil-free pizza dough directions.
  • Now, prepare the ranch dressing, following the recipe (alter the recipe by reducing water to ½ cup water instead of 3.4 cup water); set aside.
  • Using a large parchment paper, roll the dough with some excess flour onto the parchment paper to transfer it onto a baking sheet.
  • Once transferred, use your hands to move the dough into the pan's corners, pushing it into the corner to form a rectangle.
  • Now, poke holes in the dough with a sharp knife to prevent the dough from bubbling when it cooks.
  • Bake crust for 20 minutes, and allow to cool completely before adding the ranch sauce.
  • Spread a thin layer of vegan ranch dressing over the crust's surface evenly.
  • Sprinkle with the chopped toppings
  • Cut and serve

Notes

Replace white beans with cashews for a nut-free ranch sauce
