Roasted Cauliflower, Asparagus, Raw Cucumbers, and Carrots with Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.
Recently, I have been on a "board" kick. Instead of serving food on dishes, I have enjoyed creating displays of food on boards. All you need is a cutting board.
A few weeks ago, Paul and I went to Pine, Arizona for a day trip to escape the heat. We found a furniture store in the small town of pine, and they has different sized cuts of wood.
Of course, I found one I had to have and asked Paul if he could make me a food board for my fun food displays. I'm still waiting for it to dry, but its so pretty, I can't wait to put food on it.
In a previous post, I made a Vegan Mediterranean Party Platter, which is always easy to make and bring to a party.
Another idea is a variety of Vegan Bruschetta recipes, which is always a party hit.

Regardless of what you choose to put on your board, it's always fun to eat tapas for dinner. So, say goodbye to the cheese tray, and wow your family and guests with your own plant-based trays.
