Instead of flowers or candy, how about making Vegan Mother's Day Recipes? One of the best gifts I receive on any given holiday is terrific vegan food. Because my children are also plant-based, on Mother's Day, my children spoil me!
When I lived in Michigan, I always hosted Mother's Day for my plant-based mother. So, I always made an array of her favorite Mother's Day recipes.
Now that I live in Arizona, I don't have to cook anymore, but my daughter loves to cook and often goes to my blog for a little vegan inspiration.
So, today, I'm going to share my mom's favorite vegan recipes I've made, as well as my personal favorites. If I'm lucky, my daughter will read this post and cook up some of my favorites this Sunday.

Mother's Day Appetizers
Assuming you are planning a family celebration of mom, let's start with the appetizers!
As a cold or hot dip, white bean dip tastes creamy yet satisfying. Served with bread, vegetables, or crackers, I watch people scrape the last morsels from the bowl. At my house, that's a dip success. And, I'm all about dip!
Baked parmesan tomatoes, anyone? Yes, you can have these bite-sized vegan parmesan tomatoes in 15 minutes or less. I love tomatoes, so I smile every time I develop a unique vegan way to eat them.
You won't believe it's vegan or healthy! This vegetable pizza is made with oil-free pizza dough, vegan ranch sauce, and a variety of chopped vegetables. Each bite is a savory bit of veggie goodness in your mouth.
Portobello Fries is oil-free with two different cooking options; baked or air-fried. Crunchy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside, these portobello fries dipped in creamy stone-ground mustard sauce, or ranch is a fabulous appetizer or snack. So dig in and enjoy!
