When the leaves start to change color and the weather gets cool, I think of soup recipes for the fall. For some reason, a bowl of hot soup in the fall immediately warms from the inside out. Not only is soup easy to make, its a great way to make in large batches, reheat, and even freeze. So, I decided to share my favorite fall soup recipe for the fall.
One of my favorite soup recipes is my Creamy Vegetable Soup recipe. Full of an array of vegetables in a creamy broth, this soup is clearly a way to get all your veggies in one bowl of soup.
Another one of my favorite soup recipes to welcome fall is Hungarian Mushroom Soup. Although primarily a mushroom soup, this Hungarian mushroom soup contains a variety of vegetables in a smokey paprika flavored broth.
Without a doubt, carrots are versatile, yet under-rated vegetables. Vegan Carrot Soup is a melody of savory roasted vegetables and cashews for a melt-in your mouth creamy soup.
Although I make a lot of different chili recipes in the fall, Vegan White Bean Chili has a special place in my heart. This chili recipe, however, is not tomato based and has a unique broth! Fulled with vegetables and white beans, this vegan chili recipe is quite unique.
Even though I love chili, Potato Leek Soup is so creamy and delicious, it's difficult not to lick the bowl. Creamy yet chunky, this soup is made with only vegetables, relying on the potatoes to create the creaminess.
Do you love broccoli? Well, this Vegan Cream of Broccoli Soup will knock your socks off and warm you up at the same time. Again, this soup is nut free and made with only vegetables. The combination of pureed broccoli and chunks of broccoli in a cheesy broth makes this a family favorite.
In order to make soup while you are away from home, try this Vegan Crockpot Split Pea Soup. Hearty, thick, and full of veggies, this soup is filling, delicious, and easy to make. Make it on the stovetop, or throw everything in the crockpot and walk out the door. Dinner will be waiting when you get home.
If you are craving a little New England magic, try Vegan Clam Chowder Oh My! With a little seaweed and an array of vegetables, this vegan clam chowder recipe will bring a smile to your face and warm you up all at the same time.
And last, but certainly not least, is Cream of Cauliflower Soup. Oil-free, nut-free, plant-milk-free, and soy-free, this soup is fabulous. Savory and delicious, creamy cauliflower soup is packed with vegetables and clearly tastes so good you'll think you're cheating with every delicious bite.
As the weather cools down and you seek comfort foods, try healthy, oil-free savory soups. Not only are these soup recipes for the fall delicious, but they will warm you from the inside out.
