Instead of flowers or candy, how about making Vegan Mother's Day Recipes? One of the best gifts I receive on any holiday is terrific vegan food. Because my children are also plant-based, on Mother's Day, my children spoil me!
I always hosted Mother's Day for my plant-based mother when I lived in Michigan. So, I always made an array of her favorite Mother's Day recipes. This year, however, my mom is finally moving to Arizona only five minutes from me!
Now that I live in Arizona, I don't have to cook anymore, but my daughter loves to cook and often goes to my blog for a little vegan inspiration.
So, today, I'm going to share my mom's favorite vegan recipes I've made and my personal favorites. If I'm lucky, my daughter will read this post and cook up some of my favorites this Sunday.

Mother's Day Recipes: Appetizers
Assuming you are planning a family celebration for mom, let's start with the appetizers!
White Bean Dip
White bean dip tastes creamy yet satisfying as a cold or hot dip. Served with bread, vegetables, or crackers, I watch people scrape the last morsels from the bowl. At my house, that's a dip success. And, I'm all about dip!
Baked Parmesan Tomatoes
Baked parmesan tomatoes, anyone? These bite-sized vegan parmesan tomatoes bake in 15 minutes or less. I love tomatoes, so I smile every time I develop a unique vegan way to eat them.
Vegetable Pizza
You won't believe it's vegan or healthy! This vegetable pizza is made with oil-free pizza dough, vegan ranch sauce, and a variety of chopped vegetables. Each savory bite tastes like heaven.
Portobello Fries
Portobello Fries are oil-free with two different cooking options; baked or air-fried. Crunchy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside, these portobello fries dipped in creamy stone-ground mustard sauce or ranch are a fabulous appetizer or snack. So dig in and enjoy!
